New Year, New Transitions
It’s a new year and things are changing at Stand in the Gap. Here’s a note from Francois and TJ. They share a big update and huge thank you to all of you who have invested time, money, and/or prayer in this ministry.
Francois has faithfully served Stand in the Gap as the Executive Director for 13 years and has moved onto semi-retirement. But not before passing the baton into the capable hands of TJ Warren, who has faithfully served Stand in the Gap for the past five years in our Life Launch program.
Francois and TJ invested a full year in a thoughtful and thorough transition, including a professional coaching for TJ to further invest in his leadership skills and capabilities.
