What do you provide to partners in the "No Widow Alone" movement?
When you decide to partner with Stand in the Gap for Widows, you have access to our Tool Kit (a step-by-step guide to caring for widows) as well as the relational support of our team (through monthly check-ins and connection with a network of churches and organizations providing ministry to widows). Our goal is to provide you with the tools, support, and experience you’ll need to provide meaningful care to widows!
What is in the Tool Kit?
The Tool Kit is an online step-by-step guide to carrying out best-case practices in widows ministry. From hosting specific need-based events to providing on-going services, our Tool Kit is based on years of experience and offers all you need to get started. You can use as much or as little of it as you choose. See a preview here.
Have I seen you on YouVersion?
Yes! We have recently partnered with YouVersion to provide regular spiritual support to widows anywhere. We plan to release a new Bible reading plan, written and facilitated by widows and for widows, every two months. Follow us on YouVersion so you won’t miss a plan!
